You should also specify the best time to contact you and the mode of communication you prefer. Along with a description of your complaint you should also include supporting documentation. Ensure you provide us accurate details about your complaint.
Your complaint will be acknowledged within 5 business days and we will try our best to resolve it as early as possible. Depending on your complaint it may take some time, but we will keep you regularly updated about the progress and let you know if any further information is needed from you. If we fail to respond on time, we will explain to you the delay and let you know when you can expect our response.
Once you have filed your complaint, we will immediately provide you receipt of acknowledgement. Without any hesitation you can resend us your complaint if you are not happy with the offered resolution. The Financial Ombudsman Service has set a period of 8 weeks for lending companies to provide you final response to the complainant. If you are still not satisfied with the progress of your complaint or the response, you can refer it to the FOS. Upon completion of the investigation, you will be provided with the final response that will include our decision and a summary.
